Hello Team!

There is some confusion regarding the following question:

What happens if my existing certificate expires?

We give no workaround; for example, if their cert expires, they can no longer use SSO, thus update the connection.

Suggestion

We can let them know they can either: contact us, if SSO is not enforced, they can use their username and password to log in, or have a "guest user" as a break-glass account.

I would first double-check with the SSO team, but these are the ones I can think of
