Specify Context in compose.yaml

Not sure if this is possible, but it would be amazing if context could be enforced at the Compose level, eg:

• default (rootfull)
• rootless

I actually already considered a comparable feature to let user define a target contex per service so one could deploy an hybrid compose application, with both local an remote resources ("just" need to manage the networking plumbing to make this possible 😅)

I think per service would be great. I think it'd be neat to have a Compose file-level context and be able to set an override at the service-level. That would give maximum flexibility for different designs

@Pnkcaht still in design discussion, with no concrete plan. Better not waste time on this until we get a clearer vision on the desired architecture
