[cli] Improve `init` visuals. Don't log so much.

• Improve init command to look visually similar to react-native init
• Hide yarn remove, yarn install and other steps under a single line with progress and checkbox when completed (or error log if failed)
• Show an ASCII art of StartupJS (lightning) in a similar way like React Native shows its own
