VS Code Buttons Are Not Visible #5

🐞 VISUAL BUG: VS Code Buttons Are Not Visible
Some interactive elements are hidden in the UI. When you go to download extensions, you will not see the Install buttons. I'm sure other buttons are missing as well.
Current Behavior:
No visible Install button on extensions list until cursor hover.
Expected Behavior:
A visible "Install" button should be on each list item.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Enable the Hyper.is color theme
- using default settings
- Browse Extensions list
- No Install buttons until mouse-over
