What changes would you like?
When a disc is inserted and detected, it would be helpful if MakeMKV could automatically open it and display the title list (the same as File → Open disc), without starting the ripping process. This would save time for users who often want to inspect or rename titles before ripping.
I have the option Open DVD manually [ ] unchecked, but still I do not get the "File → Open disc" view automatically. This suggests that the feature is not currently implemented.
