Features does not work with non-debian images #29

Thank you for providing something very useful. But I was confused trying to use these features in alpine.
It doesn't seems that the features in this repo work in non-debian base images like mcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/base:alpine.
As devcontainers/features did, I think NOTES.md should be added to each of these feature directories.
