Not able to upload 131 MB Scorm file

Dear Team,
Please suggest, I am able to upload and play up to 128 MB scorm file, I am not able to upload more than 128 MB scorm file.
Please suggest how can I resolved this issue.

When I upload the more than 128 MB scorm file below issue occurred.

'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'

i am not sure if this will fix your issue but go to UploadFile.cshtml , there the maxFilesize is set to 20
