Add some more convenience commands to Foreach

Add the following:

• waitmana X, waitspirit X,waitstamina X, waithealth X => wait for the specified resource to at least this amount
• waitmp and waithp as shortcuts for the above
• Some sort of status command to show Foreach's current location progression (similar to what's displayed when the script is paused)
