Make position of Remarks text box absolute to screen

Right now, if I'm at the bottom of the page and I want to write a remark, I have to go all the way to the top of the page, before having to go down again. Might be easier if the Remarks text box just stayed at the bottom or the top of the page and scrolled down with you

That seems like a good idea, right now I just write my review on another screen in a text editor.
