Go sample fails to run

Issue description

After building the Sample's container image, the container fails to run with the following error message:

/usr/bin/container-entrypoint: line 5: /app/app/main: No such file or directory

I think the CMD in the Dockerfile is wrong? It should be /app/main and not app/main

I think you are right, should be /app/main instead. Haven't tested on the go sample itself, but the go image I'm working on for the cdq job uses /app/main (https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/application-service/blob/14346879706a69cf3628f5e747d67b3430664fd1/controllers/componentdetectionquery_controller.go#L193)

I found another issue. Building on podman fails with:

go build command-line-arguments: copying /tmp/go-build3054518893/b001/exe/a.out: open main: permission denied

If I change the base image from registry.access.redhat.com/ubi9/go-toolset:latestto golang:1.18, the error goes away. I wonder if something recently was updated in the base image?
