Bring-your-own-token doesn't work w/ manually provided URLS

E.g. for https://developmentseed.org/stac-map/?href=https://montandon-eoapi.ifrc.org/stac you can provide the token via the default url, but if you paste the same url into the left box it breaks 😢

While we're at it, we should clean up the UX so that the value is re-fetched when we add a token.

The issue is that we're looking up tokens by the origin:

. However, when we save the URL in the diaglog, we don't strip it down to the origin, so if the user provides a path in the url the token is never retrieved.
