add support for `RHEL`

Currently it only supports Debian/Ubuntu distress, If I try to use with a `rhel` base image it fails with:

```sh
0.122 find: ‘/var/lib/apt/lists/*’: No such file or directory
0.122 Running apt-get update...
0.123 lib.sh: line 7: apt-get: command not found
```
