v0.4 Release Notes

We're pleased to announce the release of v0.4 of our library. This version comes with the following updates:

Integration of Vitest test framework:

We've incorporated Vitest into our development process to ensure the quality of our library.
Addition of Turborepo build environment: The build process is now managed by Turborepo, enhancing our development workflow.
Addition of encoding types and validators through Zod: With the integration of Zod, we've added new encoding types and validators to improve the robustness of our library.

Summary of previous additions:

Introduced a TypeScript build environment.
Added support for ESM/CJS.

Looking Ahead to v0.5:

We plan to extend our library's compatibility by adding CDN support.
We also aim to introduce a Rollup build environment with targets for UMD, ESM, and CJS.
