The tags are not copied to the child repos #4
Description
It would be nice that, by default, all the project that uses this repository would have the tag detekt-rules. This way we will have a way to list all the custom rules available in github. I know, there are some out there already but if we make that talk "a default" the other repos will add it to make them more easy to find.
Right now the only repo with this tag is this template: https://github.com/topics/detekt-rules
