Downgrade to Deno 2.1.4 - this issue was introduced in 2.1.5 via the quinn-udp dependency upgrade (0.5.2→0.5.8) which uses IsWow64Process2, an API unavailable on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 builds before 1709. See issue #27635 for tracking. Download 2.1.4: https://github.com/denoland/deno/releases/download/v2.1.4/deno-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip |

Hi folks. I run a Windows 8.1 PC because of a whole ecosystem of older software (particularly games), plus I don't have much cash (pretty poor guy you see). When I run Deno, it gives the error:
"The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 could not be located in the dynamic link library [Location Of Folder Containing Deno.exe]"
How do I fix this and get Deno to run?
Thanks in advance, and have a great day! :-)
