What should this app do. Ideas:

• allow anyone to create and manage groups, i.e. lists of OC contacts, i.e. lists of email addresses
• allow anyone to see a list of public groups, i.e. groups defined by others, and apply for membership
• add an icon on the left-hand toolbar, or in the user preferences: "manage groups"

Look into the user management functionality - should anyone be a "group manager"?

It seems that the app called group_custom does what we want in terms of group sharing. It need some slight modification. I will look into that.

These are the modifications I would like to implement:
-- Allow all (or preferably some) members of a group to see and administrate the group. Currently, only group owners can see the group.
-- Send an email invitation to users who are being added to a group. Only add a user when the invite is accepted.
