Directions for Bagging Regression

hi, i am trying Bagging Regressing, but not getting success. If possible, 
kindly give me some directions and the implementing code for it. It would be a 
great help.

model = regRF_train(X_trn,Y_trn, 100,D);
if you set D = size(X_trn,2), i.e. the number of features in X_trn you'll get 
bagging regression
