epic(telegram): digest → Notion 파이프라인 통합

Summary

Telegram 채팅 데이터를 수집하여 Notion에 자동 동기화하는 파이프라인.

배경

• 기존 Define Notion data source property schema #473/#474는 deprecated (telegram-bot-vault-integration docs(spec): mark telegram-bot-vault-integration as deprecated/superseded #554, #520에서 close 예정)
• 신규 접근: Telegram webhook front door + raw event 저장 + digest 분류 → Notion write-back

범위 (구현 완료, PR 머지 예정)

Telegram 수집

• Webhook front door
• Payload validation + update type 제한
• Raw event 저장 (table)
• Polling raw ingest + replay

Digest 처리

• Topic별 grouping + label
• Trace ID 안정화
• JSON preview

Notion write-back

• Schema 정의
• Page body block 채우기
• Trace ID guard

운영

• Smoke 문서
• Chat 접근 실패 시 clarify

Acceptance

• Telegram webhook → raw event 저장 동작
• Digest → Notion 페이지 생성 확인
• Trace ID로 dedup 검증
• Notion 페이지에 body block 정상 렌더
