Can't loggin after changing APP_URL

Please can you help?
While creating a form I was using a temporary APP_URL and everything works well. Once completed and the final APP_URL configured and updated in Docker compose file, I relaunch and now can't login. Only one account was created. How to reset (knowing the username used was not an actual email)? Is user account tied to APP_URL?

Let me partly answer my own question, after further attempts, I found the username is case sensitive. So, I can say the user account is not tied to APP_URL.

However, will still like to know how to reset admin account if email not working.
