Create Route: Page not available

I have followed instructions and click create route for prometheus. But when i click the link- site not found.
also the url is https://prometheus-openshift-infra.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/ . The url in the video is xxxxxxxxx.xip.io/graph

sorry i do not enough information to answer this. check if you have any restriction to xip.io dns that may be a reason some times. especially inside corporate nework
