Download button in playlist doesn't do anything #19

Bug Description
When going into a playlist and pressing the Download button, it doesn't appear to do anything.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select Library
- Select any playlist
- Press download icon
Expected Behavior
I would expect the playlist to download and show a progress bar or icon on each song that has downloaded
