Add Windsurf/PearAI support

As they're both vscode forks like Cursor l I'd presume they operate in a similar way with the vscdb files and workplace storage.

Needs investigating tho

Windsurf seems to work very differently to Cursor so will have to investigate more on how I can implement the updates for Windsurf

I think Windsurf is saving the chats in the hidden extension folder (./codium/windsurf/cascade) as .pb (protocol buffer) files

Still unsure how to work with those files tho
