Packaging of ngdevkit-toolchain is broken on MSYS2 since g++ addition #119
Description
ngdevkit-toolchain is the single package that bundles binutils, gcc, gdb and sdcc. This produces a very big package, that can be built and delivered in launchpad, copr and brew because, but not anymore on MSYS2 because we do not store the binary as a release object in github.
