"db-migrate create" replace underscores with minus #5
Description
If i create a new migration like: db-migrate create my_awesome-migration-table
The new file has the name: my-awesome-migration-table.js but i expected the file: my_awesome-migration-table.js
I think this is only a really small bug and can be fixed really easy.
