merge upgradeablePortals to IITC #32
Description
As an L8, I find the upgradeablePortals plugin as the most useful of all the plugins I have installed. Now the IITC mobile app supports plugins, this would be killer if it's included. Can you please file a pull request at https://github.com/jonatkins/ingress-intel-total-conversion and get it merged? Thanks!
