Save key is not responding

Expected behavior

My expectation was that Save Key Should responded as the Add End point Responded

Actual behavior

After I input an api key , i tried to save using the Save key but the save key is not responding as the Add endpoint responded

How to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Input an api key u wanna use
3. Then click on save key ,it will not respond
4. Bug is visible
