Call To Action Button - Smooth Scrolling

Firstly, thanks for fixing a whole lot of requests.

If you can, please fix the Smooth Scrolling when a Button is linked to a section of the page.

Hi, it is a little while since i've worked on this but I believe smooth scrolling has been disabled in this version of OneEngine.

Is this what you are referring to or is there some other fault in the one engine system that you would like to be fixed.

In general I'm not intending fixing any/many more issues but you probably want to change parameters in js/main.js of the scrollTo functions. I would happily accept any pull requests with any fixes.
