datumctl netcheck should emit a map of network topology a la Tailscale's.

Acceptance Criteria

datumctl returns a list of available sites, ideally with their time-distance away.

An invocation should be provided on the edge-info endpoint's web site, directing users to the functionality.

@ecv I am trying to figure out the actionable part of this issue for me. The edge-info issue return 404, it is a private repo? If so can I have access to it?

Also it is not clear to me if we have already an endpoint available I can use to discover the various locations available, I think it is required for datumctl to be able to provide the required feature.
