InputSettingsPart.AppliedProperties is additive, but seems to provide no way to clear properties

I am trying to replace or delete AppliedProperties on an API Key. The API seems to always ADD properties, even if they are duplicative. And doesn't seem to provide a way to remove properties.

Results in duplicate properties on the server:

Hmm. So I would have to send an empty one, before sending the ones I want? So, two step.

@wasabii no, whatever AppliedProperties you send become the attached properties on the ApiKey.

That seems unlikely given the code I have, which is clearing the collection, then populating it, then submitting, and still ending up with duplicates......

Are you on the latest version of everything? I'm not aware of any changes in this area, but it is possible.

Just checked the server code, we only update AppliedProperties using wholesale assignment, so there's not much room for a bug there (the whole result is then serialized to a JSON document). The UI also performs the same action via the API and is able to clear properties. Any chance of some more clues around how the code looks, @wasabii?
