Upgrade to datafusion 53

Upgrade to datafusion 53.

This also means upgrading to arrow 58.

Unfortunately the latest versions other dependencies still require arrow 57.

This includes geoarrow and geodatafusion. I don't believe geodatafusion will be able to upgrade arrow until geoarrow does.
