Upgrade embedded git-fat to Python 3 #63
Description
We ship a copy of git-fat with DWS. However, that is based on Python 2, since the mainline of git-fat has not been upgraded. There seems to be an approved (but not merged) pull request to do the upgrade: jedbrown/git-fat#95. We can just fork the main repo, apply the merge to our copy, and include it with DWS. This will also avoid the need to create a subprocess when calling git-fat.
