Here I was expecting the "Bill Evans & Jim Hall" in the header

(E) when there is just ARTIST / ARTISTS tags, I would expect the display name value on the header / track in the Queue

(F) when there is just ARTIST / ARTISTS tags, I would expect the display name value in the header of the release detail screen. It would be nice if there was a way to click to either of the contributors here. I just thought about the fact that the Go to Artist menu item would need to give you a choice here. Or maybe that header display name needs to support clicking to any of the contributors. That might be a question to hold for Craig when this is further along???

After the latest merge:
(E) no change -- still not seeing the display name
(F) when I click on the album in the Queue, I just see "Bill Evans" in the header. When I click from browse, I see the display name in the header correctly. The tracks are still showing the two contributors and not the display name regardless.
