Unreliable "go to full version..." buttons

Describe the bug

From the Quick Access Panel, the "go to full version of the XXX module" buttons do not work reliably. Sometimes it drops me in a different module (though always in the correct tab). In the video below, you can see when I click on the 'Color Calibration' button, I am taken to the correct module, but when I click the button for 'Color Balance RGB' I am take to the 'Color Correction' module. Note that the behavior is not consistent - all modules fail some times, and succeed others. I have not found a consistent repro, though the issue happens often enough to be disruptive, and assume it will happen within a few attempts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an image in Darktable view
2. Open the Quick Access Panel
3. Click one of the 'go to full module...' buttons
4. Confirm it took you to the correct module
5. Repeat 2-4

Expected behavior

consistently take you to the correct module.

I first experienced the issue in 5.0.0. I have upgraded through the versions since then, and it has been present since then.

I've investigated this bug and submitted a fix: #20306

Root cause: dtgtk_expander_set_expanded() in src/dtgtk/expander.c is a no-op when the expander is already in the requested state. When navigating from the Quick Access Panel to a module that was already expanded on the destination tab, the static variables _last_expanded and _start_pos (used by _expander_resize to drive scroll animation) retained stale values from a previous expansion. This caused the scroll to either not happen or target a wrong module.

The correct tab was always selected because _lib_modulegroups_switch_group() worked fine — only the subsequent scroll-to-module step was unreliable.

Fix: Added an else if(expanded) branch in dtgtk_expander_set_expanded() that updates scroll tracking even when the expander state hasn't changed, ensuring _expander_resize always scrolls to the correct widget.
