Is there an existing issue for this?
Describe the bug
Darktable 5.2.1 from Flathub
Stock GNOME 48 on Fedora Silverblue (it's gnome-shell + mutter + Xwayland)
If I resize the side panel the window that is maximised is resized at the same time.
Steps to reproduce
Each of the videos is done after restarting Darktable and making sure the window is maximised.
Right panel

Left panel

After that, impossible to maximise. Minimise bring a weird size. Quit Darktable and then you can maximise again.
Expected behavior
It just resize the panels, Not the window
