Local first

I'm very interested in using this for local first in conjunction with Datomic on the back-ens.

There are several problems:

1. Datomic uses MemoryIndex to store new datoms to avoid mutating trees too often. The maximum size of MemoryIndex is 512 MB. In a browser environment, this is not practical, and we should tune this parameter.
2. We will have to use the private API of Datomic; this is possible, by the way.
3. I think we will use a lot of small databases per single transactor. This might be okay, but it might not be.
