Public examples of devicestatus.json, entries.json, and treatments.json

When writing and testing tools to work with OpenAPS / Nightscout data, it would be useful to have publicly-accessible NS API endpoints, or failing that example static data files, that can be used for testing. If someone who has been willing to publicly share their Nightscout URL is willing for it to be used by random developers for read-only access, that would be ideal. Absent that, we could upload some examples of anonymized devicestatus.json, entries.json, and treatments.json files to GitHub.
