A question about the input data of NCT function

I have a question about NCT's input data:

1. Can the two input data for comparing of the NCT function be Adjacency matrix, like this:
   ;A;B;C;D
   A;0;1;1;1
   B;0;0;1;0
   C;1;1;0;0
   D;1;0;0;0
