[BUG] with Ert

Describe the bug and expected behaviour
I expect all pytest tests to pass, but some fail, such as Ert.

To Reproduce
Using the dockerfile created here: #86 (comment), I run

cd shared_host/
uv run --with pytest pytest -k ert

Hi @frank1010111, thanks for the PR #86, which is useful for the users of docker. Unfortunately I have a corporate laptop so I cannot reproduce your error in docker. Nevertheless, I have updated the code in pycopm to allow for Python 3.14, and updated the ert version.

From your screenshot it seems the tests where run with the flag --exitfirst, i.e., it only run the first test that failed. Could you please try to run a single test and see if that works (only the first two tests use ert)?, e.g.,
pytest --cov=pycopm --cov-report term-missing --basetemp=test_outputs tests/test_3_refinement.py

I remember I got the error in Ubuntu about ImportError: libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory, and this was fixed by sudo apt-get install freeglut3-dev. Googling the issue, it states that

This error most commonly occurs when using OpenCV in a minimal environment like a Docker container or a cloud server that lacks graphical libraries.

It recommends as fix adding this to the docker:
RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y libgl1

Or :

pip uninstall opencv-python
pip install opencv-python-headless

Please let me know if this solves the issue in the docker, then we can merge #86

EDIT: I see you run the test with uv run --with pytest pytest -k ert, then did all other tests run without problem?
