Web 24 quote blocks (#345)

* Partially implemented quote button with italic functionality.

* Implemented handleKeyDown handler for textfield to handle enter key press.

* Implemented text colour change and vertical bar on quote text.

* Implemented quote indentation for quote blocks.

* Changed quote colour to be darker.
