Tag a new version with guzzle 7 supports

Hi,

Regarding the following merged PR #263 which has been merged in May, can you tag a new version to be able to use Guzzle 7 please?

That would be great, since it prevents installing other pacckages such as nexmo/client (2.4+) or ruflin/elastica (7.1+)

There is also no tag supporting PHP 8 :(

@devantoine I see the repository contains the composer.lock that block installation of guzzle 7.
I think we should remove package composer.lock from repository or update it to use the 7 version
