Page scrolls to every challenge on clicking "Toggle" button

Normally, when I click open a challenge, the page scrolls to show that challenge at the top of the page which is good.

But when I click "Toggle" for a section with a large number of challenges to open them, I need to wait for the page to scroll all around. Doesn't seem desirable.
