Non-existent FilterWhyOn State (22) #101
Description
Ran into an issue parsing telemetry where a FilterWhyOn state of 22 caused an exception. Don't know what that state represents but resolved issue by adding dummy states for index values of 21 and 22 in omnitypes.py
