Switching BOW with suspended filter pump #100
Description
My pool has a spillover spa that shares the same filter pump as the pool. When I switch the BOW from POOL to SPA by turning on the spa filter pump, it puts the pool filter pump in Suspended state. filter.py does not include this state in the is_ready property so will not accept subsequent command to switch back. Adding that state solved the issue.
