Simulate Event button not working

Description

When trying to use the simulate event button with the viewer arrived event, fill out all the required questions with a username and press the simulate button, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. press simulate event button and choose viewer arrived event
   2.fill out the required information
   3.Press the simulate button

Expected Behavior

simulate a viewer arrived event
