[FEATURE] Add testing using browser library (eg. js-dom, puppeteer)

In order to test its functioning in the browser, we should add a test that uses the js-dom package.

Preferably, this would be done by:

1. Adding js-dom as dev dependency
2. Modifying default-tags.test.ts to use describe.each with both options
