Add Fahrenheit support in BOSCH144 protocol #2224

I got some new durastar minisplits that seem to use the BOSCH144 protocol.

The minisplit model is DRAW09F2A, and the remote model is RG10R(M2S)/BGEFU1.

The existing BOSCH144 protocol seems to work fine, but it doesn't support setting a temp in fahrenheit.

I'll submit a pull request for this shortly.
