Add app e2e test and code coverage

Hi Cory,
I plan to open a PR from my fork where I write an E2E Cypress test to compute fuel savings. I also have code coverage for Cypress tests configured and that single test gets 78% of the source code covered (the rest is mostly the formatting in utils.js)
