Make hunger bar stack #6
Description
I've got an improvement for you:
Make it so that when at full hunger, any additional food consumed can give up to 20 additional hunger points (another hunger bar). The second bar could be displayed by overlaying the hunger bar with a differently coloured hunger bar. It would also be a very nice combo with another feature of your mod, the one where you can eat when full. Said combo would make the player essentially have to eat less often.
You could achieve something like this by simply increasing the amount of hunger points the player has, just like with hearts or armor, and have them be portrayed by the hunger bar overlay.
Something similar is already done in the Meal API, but that mod runs on fabric and I would love to have it be done for forge.
