Designers could declare their availability for certain types of work #80

Existing projects can be found, but not available contributors. So, while designers can browse for projects, projects can't browse for designers.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a designer, I'd like to be able to declare my availability for certain types of work, and even be matched against repositories. I could do that by creating my own github page and adding a relevant badge as well as structured related info, so that contribute.design can find just as it currently finds repositories. The site could guide me to create my github page (or create it for me)
