Include_draft not working/or not as expected #40

Hi,
I like to query for unpublished entries.

I'm aware that this is probably not an issue that relates to the contentstack-ruby sdk and would expect the include_draft method ( See here ) to deliver such entires. It does not. To me an unpublished entry constitutes a draft. Am I wrong?

Do we need to use the content management API to retrieve those?

Here it says:
"
Note: We have deprecated the usage of Access Tokens for all stacks. We strongly recommend that you use Delivery Tokens for fetching published content via the Content Delivery API and Management Tokens for fetching draft content via the Content Management API.
"
Either way: if drafts are not working or a unpublished entry is not a draft, it would be good to add some explaination.

Thx.
